Option A (CSV import)
After a successful sync (target: sync.blue® directory), you can use your snom-compatible Simply download the phone book as a CSV file and use it as a phone book in your snom phone simply import.
Steps
- On sync.blue® Dashboard: Create a new connection that syncs your contact source to the target "sync.blue® Directory" and wait for the sync process to complete.< /span>
- Download the CSV file:
Example: https://directory.sync.blue/contacts/DEMOabcABC0123< /span>/snom/v2 - In the web interface of the snom phone: import the CSV file.

- On the same page, also load this current sync.blue® CA certificate high.

Known limitations of the snom XML phone book
- When ringing, the name does not shown on the phone display based on the XML phone book.
- Contacts cannot be searched for via snom keystrokes (only via scrolling possible).
Option C (LDAP)
Follow the general guide to syncing contacts with an LDAP directory. Specific instructions for snom devices follow.
