How can I initiate a complete re-synchronization of my contacts?

Situation

sync.blue® synchronizes only new and modified contacts from the source to the target ("incremental"). However, in some situations (such as when one or more contacts were accidentally manually deleted in the target), it is desirable to perform a one-time full synchronization.

Procedure

1. If possible, first delete all contacts in the target application. Many applications allow you to do this with just a few clicks. This ensures a clean starting point for a complete contact synchronization.
2. Open the sync.blue® Dashboard and click the Start Full Sync icon in the Action column for the relevant connection.

Keep in mind that a full synchronization will take significantly longer.
