Unfortunately, manually created subfolders on Microsoft's side may not always be consistently available across all Outlook applications (Outlook for Web, Outlook for Mac, Outlook for Windows, etc.).
In order for a personal Exchange Online folder to be visible and syncable with sync.blue®, it must be created manually in Microsoft Outlook for Windows or automatically by sync.blue® (explicitly not with Outlook for Mac/Web).
Technically speaking, the subfolder must be visible for the logged-in Microsoft 365 user through the Microsoft Graph API.
