sync.blue® always displays the number of contacts actually synchronized between the source and the destination. Therefore, the displayed contact count does not correspond to the number of recognized contacts in the address book source.
Since different synchronization targets have varying minimum requirements for a contact (e.g., Placetel, NFON, etc.: "Contact must have at least one phone number"), the number of synchronized contacts can vary. For example, this situation occurs when a source is synchronized with both an unrestricted groupware (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google, etc.) and a telephony solution with limitations (e.g., Placetel, NFON, etc.).
Details about which contacts were not synchronized due to potential limitations can be found in the Sync Log.
