How can the STARFACE address book be cleared?

In certain situations, it can be very helpful to clear the STARFACE address book, for example, to:

• Speed up the synchronization process,
• Restore the address book features of STARFACE to their original speed,
• Establish a good foundation for a full sync of contacts.

Instructions

• Log in to the STARFACE web interface, e.g., via https://YOUR_COMPANY.starface-cloud.com.
• Open the Address Book (STARFACE navigation bar).
• Click on Clear Directory.

Then, initiate a full sync of the corresponding sync.blue® connection.
