This message appears when the required permissions were not granted during sign-in via Google. sync.blue® needs the rights to read and write your Google contacts.
How to fix the problem

Navigate to "My Accounts"
Open your sync.blue® Dashboard and go to My Accounts. -
Reauthenticate
Find the affected Google account and click on Reauthenticate. -
Sign in again and grant permissions
Follow the prompts when signing in again via Google and check all required boxes so that sync.blue® receives the permissions to read and write your contacts. -
Resynchronize the connection
Click on Sync Now for the connection to start with the new permissions.
Tip: Without these permissions, synchronizing your Google contacts will not work.
