How can I synchronize employee photos with mobile devices (iPhone/Android)?

With sync.blue®, you can transfer profile photos of your contacts from sources such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace directly to your smartphone. This way, you immediately see the face of the caller when you receive an incoming call. In our example, we are editing an existing connection. The advanced photo synchronization settings can also be included in the same way for new connections!
Open Dashboard: Log in to your sync.blue® account and open the Dashboard.
Select Connection: Click on My Connections and select the desired synchronization.
Open Settings: Click the Edit icon of the desired connection.
Advanced Settings: By default, the advanced settings are hidden and must be opened by clicking.
Enable Photo Synchronization: Check the box for Photo synchronization
Save: Confirm the changes by clicking Save.
Start Synchronization: Now start a new synchronization to transfer the employee photos.
Important Note: In order for photos to actually be synchronized, they of course must be available in the source (Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace).
Mobile Check: The employee photos will automatically appear on your iPhone or Android device after the next CardDAV sync.
Important Note: On iPhones, it may take a little longer for the photos to appear than on Android devices. Apple determines the timing of CardDAV synchronizations. Consequently, these cannot be triggered manually by sync.blue.
