How do I sync HubSpot with other apps?

It is really easy to sync your HubSpot account (contacts, companies from "CRM" section) with your other apps like Microsoft 365, Outlook, weclapp, Placetel and others. They will be synced automatically and regularly for you by our sync.blue® service.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Search for "sync.blue" in the HubSpot App Marketplace.
2. Install this "sync.blue" HubSpot app.
3. You will be redirected to your new "sync.blue" dashboard and can create a new "connector" now, which your HubSpot account with any other app:

4. Click here to add another application you want to sync your HubSpot account with (e.g. your personal Microsoft 365 account).
5. Configure the other required connector parameters like direction and interval.
6. Hit "Submit" to start syncing immediately.
7. Watch the feedback when syncing is finished:

8. Check the contacts in your two apps, if the sync met your expectations.
