Why were 0 contacts synced?

The synchronization was successful (green checkmark) and still 0 contacts synchronized? 

1. Check the sync log of the connection and scroll down in it. All contacts may not have been synced due to specific requirements.
2. Check if the contacts are in the correct source folder.
