Introduction
We would like to inform you that the phonebridge® CONTACTS, CLIENT and CALLS products will no longer be actively developed from October 1, 2024 in order to obtain even more capacity for the sync.blue® product. This initially means that the web interface will no longer be accessible. The phonebridge® CONTACTS and phonebridge® CLIENT services will continue to run. To ensure a smooth transition, we present the next steps you should take here:
phonebridge® CONTACTS
Existing sync connections with phonebridge® CONTACTS will continue to operate as usual for the time being.
- Registering with sync.blue®: Create a user account with sync.blue®.
- Transfer your plan: Transfer your phonebridge® plan to sync.blue® by notifying us at service@sync.blue. In this step, we will also deactivate existing connections at phonebridge®
- Set up new syncs: Set up new connections with sync.blue®.
phonebridge® CLIENT
- Continue using: Continue using the phonebridge® CLIENT as usual.
- New licenses or adjustments: If you require new licenses or adjustments, please contact service@sync.blue.
phonebridge® CALLS
We do not currently offer a direct successor solution for phonebridge® CALLS. If you use phonebridge® CONTACTS exclusively for phonebridge® CALLS, please contact service@sync.blue so that your billing can be adjusted.
