What is the availability of sync.blue®?

We currently do not publish availability figures. For the sync.blue® MOBILE Storage service, our internal target is a availability of over 99.9%, which we have achieved according to measurements over the past 12 months.

Furthermore, it should be noted that the contacts synchronized via sync.blue are permanently stored locally on the end devices. Therefore, the contacts are available to users offline and without a connection to sync.blue in the native contacts apps of iPhone and Android devices. Even in the unlikely event of a complete unavailability of all sync.blue® systems, already synchronized contacts remain usable on the end devices.

sync.blue® is used exclusively for the distribution and updating of contact data; the daily use of contacts by end users does not depend on the ongoing availability of the sync.blue® platform.
