Does sync.blue® also have CTI functions?

sync.blue® does not and will not have any features such as:

• Dialing by mouse click ("Click to dial")
• Display of the calling contact on the screen ("Screen Popup")
• Call journaling
• Call recording ("Call Recording")
• TAPI

sync.blue® is fully focused on enterprise-wide unified synchronization of contacts across all applications and devices. 

I.e. you can very well use sync.blue® to synchronize your contacts with your phonebook of your PBX or even your IP phone, e.g. to see the name of the caller directly in the phone display/softphone. However, this display is done by the PBX/phone itself and not by sync.blue®.
