However, you can integrate the sync.blue® address book into telephone system clients, so that a URL is called when an incoming call is received. This means that the phone number is automatically compared with the saved contacts and the name of the caller can be shown directly on the telephone display.
Whether and to what extent call data is saved or logged depends on the functions of your telephone system - not on sync.blue®.
