Customers with an active module update contract will receive support until STARFACE Version 6.x. To provide fast and uncomplicated assistance, we require the following information via email:
- Number of the active module update contract (refer to the latest invoice)
- STARFACE server license key
- STARFACE version
- if applicable, before the STARFACE update
- if applicable, after the STARFACE update)
- Module version (refer to STARFACE Admin -> Module Library)
- Module logs (-> Module Configuration -> Set log level to 'Trace' -> Save module configuration -> Reproduce the error -> Copy module logs)
- Screenshots of module configuration (all tabs)
- Active module license file (-> Module Configuration -> "Help" tab -> Copy the name of the module license file)
