In certain cases, authentication may expire and you will need to log in again with the account. To reauthenticate the account, follow the procedure below:
- Select "My Accounts": Open the sync.blue® app and navigate to the "My Accounts" section.
- Reauthenticate account: Select the account that is affected and follow the instructions for reauthentication.
After successful reauthentication, synchronization can be continued as usual.
