Many telephone system clients allow you to call up a URL when an incoming call is received. For example, contacts can be automatically looked up in an external data source. The sync.blue® address book supports this function and provides caller information in real time.
To integrate the sync.blue® address book into your telephone system client you need the following access data:
- UID – Unique identifier of the sync.blue® address book.
- Token – authentication key that can be activated and accessed in the settings of the sync.blue® address book.
- Parameter for the telephone number – variable for transferring the telephone number. This can vary depending on the application and should be read in the manufacturer's documentation.
This gives the full URL:
https://addressbook.sync.blue/contact/remote/lookup/?uid=<UID>&token=<Token>&phonenumber=<Parameter for the telephone number>
