How do I sync contacts from a Public Folder (Microsoft 365 Exchange) to multiple Exchange user mailboxes?

First, set up a connection in the sync.blue® dashboard that uses the Public Folder as the source.
The contacts will then be transferred into the sync.blue® address book.
This reduces the load on Microsoft's rate limit, as only one connection accesses the Public Folder.

Step 2: Sync the sync.blue® address book into multiple Exchange user mailboxes

Next, create a second connection.
This uses the sync.blue® address book as the source and syncs the contacts into the desired Exchange user mailboxes.
This ensures stable and high-performance synchronization.
