In exceptional situations, it may occur that contacts suddenly cannot be synchronized temporarily or even not at all. Causes can include, for example:
- A software manufacturer (e.g., Microsoft, Google,...) changes its interface, requiring sync.blue® to take time to adapt its systems accordingly.
- The systems of a software manufacturer are no longer available for sync.blue®, preventing contacts from being read or written.
- A software manufacturer completely discontinues an interface.
Since sync.blue® is a universally applicable product that also enables contact sync through alternative means (CSV, CardDAV,...) and the aforementioned changes are in the realm of third parties, no refunds can be provided in such cases according to the terms and conditions.
