No manual license assignment
Admins do not need to assign the purchased licenses to devices or employees. There is deliberately no interface for this. This eliminates additional administrative effort on the customer side.
Determination of the relevant number of licenses
The sync.blue® system regularly requests the current number of employees. All employees who have direct or indirect access to the synchronized contacts are taken into account.
Automatic billing
Based on the reported number of employees, the billing is automatically adjusted. Manual maintenance or adjustment of licenses is not required.
Discrepancies between reported and actual usage
If the manual report obviously deviates from the technically detected number of users, this is clarified transparently. The personal account manager discusses the situation directly with the customer.
