How is the price calculated?

The formula

The price is calculated simply and solely on the total number of contacts that are in sync thanks to sync.blue®.

The simple formula is: Sum of all synchronous contacts of all connections = price per month (see calculator)

Examples

Example A (One connection in one direction)

One connection (e.g. 250 contacts from Microsoft 365 --> Placetel) = 9€ / month

Example B (One connection in both directions)

One connection (e.g. 250 contacts from Microsoft 365 <--> Placetel) = 9€ / month

Example C (Two connections: same source to two destinations)

Connection 1: (e.g. 100 contacts from Microsoft 365 --> Placetel)

Connection 2: (e.g. same 100 contacts from same Microsoft 365 account --> HubSpot)

Price: 100 contacts (Microsoft 365 --> Placetel) + 100 contacts (Microsoft 365 --> HubSpot) = 200 synchronous contacts in total = price interval "up to 250 contacts" = 9€ / month

Example D (Two connections: two different sources to two destinations)

Connection 1: (e.g. 100 contacts from Microsoft 365 --> Placetel)

Connection 2: (e.g. 100 contacts from HubSpot --> STARFACE)

Price: 100 contacts (Microsoft 365 --> Placetel) + 100 contacts (HubSpot --> STARFACE) = 200 contacts total = price interval "up to 250 contacts" = 9€ / month

Example E (One connection: one source with two different contact types into one destination)

Connection 1: (e.g. 100 people + 100 companies from weclapp --> HubSpot)

Price: 100 people + 100 companies = 200 contacts total = price interval "up to 250 contacts" = 9€ / month
