Existing customers with the PRO plan can still find relevant information about their tariff here.
More useful information about the PRO plans:
What does it cost to "share" a connection with multiple users?
"Sharing" connections (via the "Share connection" icon) creates new connections as if they had been created manually. The price for this type of connection is therefore calculated in the same way.
Do I get a credit if I delete a connection and thus synchronize fewer contacts?
According to billing model the current price interval is always calculated. There is no automatic downgrade or credit.
If fewer contacts are synchronized permanently, we look forward to a short message and the tariff will of course be adjusted downwards at the end of the term.
Why are the same contacts billed multiple times when they are synchronized with different destinations?
We can understand that from a user perspective you would expect that you should be able to synchronize the same source contacts with any number of destinations for the same price.
As a manufacturer, we would like to make this possible. Unfortunately, this is not possible for technical and financial reasons. If the same address book source is synchronized with different destinations using multiple sync.blue® connections, the technical resources required for this (server capacity, runtime, support effort, etc.) are tripled, corresponding to three customers each with a single connection.
We therefore explain this form of billing in advance on the price overview.
However, the current pricing model already takes into account the synchronization of many contacts: the price per contact is reduced drastically as the number of contacts increases.
