Can I request a goodwill credit payout?

In exceptional situations, we may issue a credit note ("invoice correction") out of goodwill. This credit note represents a voluntary gesture of goodwill. According to B2B commercial law and our terms and conditions (AGB), these credits are applied to the customer's account and are non-refundable. However, the credit can be used for future product usage and will be automatically applied.
