What is the cost when a connection is 'shared' among multiple users?

In the sync.blue® price plans (e.g. BUSINESS), billing is not done per connection, but only according to the number of users and the number of source contacts (for more than 1,000 source contacts).

If a connection is shared with multiple users using the "Share connection" function, there are no additional costs per connection. The number of source contacts remains unchanged, as the source contacts always only refer to the original data source.

The following is therefore relevant to costs:

• How many users access the connection
• How many source contacts are synchronized in total (regardless of whether they are shared with one or more users)

💡 Note for existing customers of the PRO plan (contact-based billing model):

"Sharing" connections (via the "Share connection" icon) creates new connections as if they had been created manually. The price for this type of connection is therefore calculated in the same way.
