Why are the same contacts billed multiple times when they are synchronized with different destinations?

In the sync.blue® pricing plans, billing is based on the number of users, not the number of synchronization connections. Therefore, the same contacts are not counted multiple times, even if they are synchronized with multiple targets.

• The number of contacts is only determined based on the source - contacts are not counted again if they are synchronized multiple times.
• 1,000 contacts are included, additional contacts are billed flexibly according to usage.

💡 Note for existing PRO plan customers: In the contact-based billing model contacts are counted per connection, as each connection requires additional technical resources (e.g. server capacity, runtime). In this model, contacts are therefore counted multiple times when they are synchronized with different destinations.
