Process
If more contacts are synchronized than allowed in the current pricing interval (intervals can be found in the price list), the pricing interval will automatically adjust. The contract is not extended but retains its duration. However, the remaining already calculated time is credited (invoice item 1: original pricing interval), and the new pricing interval is calculated for the remaining duration (invoice item 2).
Explanation: "Quantity" Column
The credited or billed "Quantity" corresponds to the percentage of remaining contract duration (from the upgrade point to the contract end).
For example, "-0.996533" = approximately 99.6% of the contract duration remains and is credited and recalculated here.
