Do I receive a credit if I delete a connection and thus synchronize fewer contacts?

According to the billing model of the sync.blue® plans, 1,000 (source) contacts are always included. Additional contacts are billed according to actual usage. There is no credit for fewer synchronized contacts, as the calculation is flexible according to usage. 

Note: The following rule applies to existing customers of the PRO plan: According to the billing model, the current price interval is always calculated. There is no automatic downgrade or credit. If fewer contacts are synchronized permanently, please feel free to contact us - we will adjust the tariff accordingly at the end of the term.
