- An app registration must be completed once via the Microsoft Entra Admin Center Center
Instructions: Creating the app registration
1. Click on "New Registration":

5. Add the API permissionsnamed full_access_as_app and Exchange.ManageAsApp added:
6. Grant administrator consent for the added permissions:
7. Go toMicrosoft Entra roles and administrators:
8. Search for the Exchange Administrator Role:
9. Assign your app the role of Exchange-Administrators to:
Note the expiration date shown here for later resubmission (renewal of authorization after expiration date).
