* Notes:
- Phone numbers must be stored in E.164 format in the Teams contact (field "Business" or "Mobile").
- After contact synchronization, Microsoft indexing takes quite some time to recognize new phone numbers on incoming calls.
** Notes on M365 Exchange Online:
- Microsoft provides personal Exchange Online contacts via so-called Microsoft Unified Contacts. These unify the contacts so that personal Exchange Online contacts are automatically visible in Microsoft Teams (e.g., under Calls → Contacts) even without sync.blue®.
sync.blue® can be used additionally to synchronize external contacts – for example, from a CRM system, from public Exchange folders, or other sources – with the personal Exchange Online mailboxes.
