The total price essentially consists of three factors:
1) Number of users
A user is an employee who directly or indirectly accesses synchronized contacts.
2) Selected plan / scope of features according to the price overview

TEAM (includes 10 users)
The cost-effective entry for teams of up to ten users, including 250 contacts. -
MOBILE (from 11 users)
Automatically and timely synchronize employee contacts on smartphones. -
PREMIUM (from 11 users)
Comprehensive premium contact management including sync.blue® ADDRESS BOOK, more than 80 integrations, and the sync.blue® BUSINESS CARD. -
ENTERPRISE
Enterprise features such as 2-way sync and custom integrations.
3) Number of (source) contacts
- Up to 250 source contacts included in the TEAM plan.
- 1,000 contacts are included with MOBILE and PREMIUM.
- Additional contacts are billed based on usage at €0.009 per contact/month.
- In the ENTERPRISE plan, billing is based on the agreed quotas.
