How is the price calculated?

The prices for sync.blue® are based on the number of users. There are three main plans:

1. TEAM Plan (incl. 10 users): From €19/month (all-inclusive price, not per user)
2. BUSINESS Plan (from 11 users): The price is calculated based on the number of users and the contract duration – the more users and the longer the contract, the cheaper the price per user.
3. ENTERPRISE Plan: Custom pricing upon request.

250 (source) contacts are included in the TEAM Plan and 1,000 in the BUSINESS Plan. Additional contacts are billed based on usage.

What does this mean in practice?

A source contact is a single contact stored in an original data source, e.g., in a CRM, a CSV file, or a Microsoft Global Address List (GAL). The number of contacts is always determined only based on this source – even if they are synchronized with multiple users, they are not counted again. 

Example:

 A company uses sync.blue® with 25 users and 5,000 source contacts in the BUSINESS Plan:

• The first 1,000 source contacts are included.
• The additional 4,000 source contacts are billed monthly based on the actual number – meaning if the number of source contacts decreases in a month, the billing decreases accordingly.
• The number of users, i.e., employees who directly or indirectly access the contacts synchronized with the help of sync.blue®, does not affect the calculation of source contacts – regardless of how many users access the synchronized contacts.
• The number of connections, i.e., how many systems are synchronized with one source (e.g., CRM ↔ phonebook, CRM ↔ Teams), also has no impact on the price calculation. Only the number of source contacts in the connected sources themselves is decisive.
