To which account should I transfer outstanding invoice amounts?

To avoid mutual errors when handling manual transfers, we generally ask that you save your own payment details (Paypal, credit card, SEPA direct debit) in the billing portal (Login -> User -> Billing). Current and future outstanding items will then be conveniently collected.

If a transfer is still necessary, use exclusively the IBAN (DE22 4286 1387 XXXX XXXX 01) and BIC (GENODEM1BOB) specified on the invoice along with the reference stated there.

Please never use the IBAN for manual transfers from which we collect direct debits!
